Gluten Free Jello Shots


1 or 2 packages favorite flavor Jello (watermelon is good)
3/4 cup boiling water
3/4 cup favorite white liquor (rum, vodka, tequila)

Boil water, remove from stove.

In a bowl, mix Jello with water, stirring vigorously until all crystals are dissolved.

Add 3/4 cup favorite liquor . Mix again; pour into small plastic condiment cups or Dixie cups for single servings.

Freeze for 2 hours or refrigerate for until firm.

 

Gluten Free Fruity Iced Tea

2 c. boiling water
7 regular tea bags or 3 large family sized tea bags {Lipton Cold Brew}
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 small can pineapple juice
ice

Pour boiling water over tea bags and add sugar. Let sit for 5-10 minutes. Squeeze out tea bags and stir to dissolve sugar. Add lemon juice and pineapple juice. Mix well. Pour into a 2 liter pitcher and fill with ice. Stir and ready to serve.

Variation: Instead of canned pineapple juice, use a small can of chunky pineapple in natural juice.

Gluten Free Strawberry Lemonade

 

1 10oz. pkg frozen strawberries
1 6oz can frozen pink lemonade concentrate
1 1/2 cups water
1 16 oz bottle soda water or ginger ale
dash of grenadine syrup (optional)

Thaw strawberries for 20 minutes or until they begin to soften slightly.

Place all ingredients in blender and serve as-is or over ice cubes.

A cool Summer treat that everyone will love, especially the kids!

Gluten Free Cherry Limeade Punch

 

1 can frozen limeade concentrate
1 bottle Sprite
1 jar of maraschino cherries
1 lime

Put in the limeade and then add the sprite. Pour in the juice from the cherries. Then add the cherries and sliced up lime for looks and taste.

Gluten Free Best Lemonade Ever

1 3/4 cups white sugar
8 cups water
1 1/2 cups lemon juice

 In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to boil and stir to dissolve sugar. Allow to cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate until chilled.Remove seeds from lemon juice, but leave pulp. In pitcher, stir together chilled syrup, lemon juice and remaining 7 cups water.

Gluten Free Pineapple Party Punch

1 box flavored gelatin
2 lg. cans pineapple juice
4 lg. bottles ginger ale
Sherbet

Dissolve 1 box flavored gelatin in whatever color your party theme takes. Add 2 large cans of chilled pineapple juice, 4 large bottles of either ginger ale or one of the tangy beverages which have been chilled. When you have this in the punch bowl ready to serve, float scoops of sherbet in the flavor or color of the gelatin.
