Massages are a Girl’s Best Friend

Ellie is currently outside, so while I have a moment to update this, I will.

Roomie and I haven’t been up to much.   We’ve both been cleaning like crazy trying to get the house cutified before we have people come and work on various things.   Roomie has mostly decorated and picked up this and that, while I have bleached everything in my bathroom from top to bottom.   I love how bleach makes a house smell “good” and sanitized.  Which that could honestly be from taking my science classes and most importantly, my microbiology class!   We still have more to do, but the big chunks of things are done.

I had my first massage yesterday and man, it was AMAZING!  I loved the lady I went to and she worked wonders.   It’s amazing how with someone working on you for an hr & a half that they can tell exactly how you “tense up” or hold yourself while you’re in pain.   It’s like the lady mimicked me.  I go back the 7th at 3P for another massage and then depending upon her rates may continue seeing her until I leave in October for Mayo again.

On my list of alternative medicines, other than massages, I’m going to try and reputable chiropractor and acupuncturist.   A friend of mine has suggested the chiropractor and massages, while the thoracic surgeon’s P.A. suggested acupuncture, so I’m going to try EVERYTHING and hope something works.  If it is muscular skeletal then everything should work and balance everything out.   If not, well then I’m not sure what we will do, but I’m trying everything I can think of (besides medications).

All & All things are going great.   I’ve still gotta jump in the shower and clean up to go to bed.
